Information we collect
If you voluntarily submit the shortlist form, we collect your email address, the studios in your shortlist, your selected style/budget preferences and your opt-out preference for future updates. For the PDF form, we collect your email address and whether you opted out of future updates. The service provider may also collect technical delivery logs and spam-prevention data. Favourites can be stored locally on your browser; they are not sent to us unless you submit the form.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google tag ID G-S09L549CKB) to understand visits to this website, which pages are viewed and how visitors interact with the directory. Google Analytics may use cookies or other identifiers and collect usage and technical information such as browser, device and approximate location data. Google may process this data on its systems. Read more in Google’s Privacy Policy. Analytics is separate from the email addresses you choose to submit for a PDF or shortlist. Depending on where you are visiting from, additional consent controls may be required before analytics cookies are used.
Why we collect it
If you request the downloadable 48-studio PDF, we collect your email and the fact that you requested the guide so we can record the request, unlock the PDF and, when email delivery is enabled, send you a one-time download link. We use submitted shortlist details to record requested preferences and manage the site. If you check the opt-out box, we record your preference not to receive future updates about the bridal studio list. We do not treat an unchecked opt-out box as permission to send promotional or marketing emails; any future marketing mailing list will require a separate, affirmative subscription. If email delivery is enabled, the address may also be used to send the requested shortlist.
Service providers and retention
Our hosting/form provider may process information on our behalf to store submissions and prevent spam. When PDF emails are enabled, our transactional email provider receives the email address to deliver the requested guide link. We review and remove submissions when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Your choices
You can browse without an email. If you check “I do not want to receive future tips and updates”, this opt-out is recorded with your submission and must be honoured in any future mailing-list imports. Whether or not you check it, requesting the guide does not subscribe you to promotional emails. You can ask us to access, correct or remove your submitted information or withdraw any previous consent by emailing weddingdressessingapore@gmail.com. Any future marketing emails must include a working unsubscribe option.
